How it works

Circa pays your property at the beginning of the month.

You pay Circa back throughout the month, according to your payment schedule.

Payments are withdrawn directly from your bank account with a backup credit card on file.

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older, living in the United States.

  • Your monthly rent must be $2,500 or less with at least 3 months left on your lease.

  • You must live in a professionally managed property that accepts to be paid by ACH or e-Check.

  • You are responsible for communicating any changes to your payment amount.

Circa contacts your property to get their approval and payment preferences.


Step 3
Once your property approves your participation, we’ll send you a link to pay the program fee along with setup instructions.
