About Lauren

Lauren Rosalanko started her career working in finance and then shifted to the tech industry where she specialized in customer experience & social impact, helping nonprofits clients do more good with technology. Lauren was a founding member on the social impact team, building strategy from scratch across a global team.

In 2022, Points for Change was born as an idea to help women learn more about personal finance through approachable content without the shame or stigma for past financial decisions.

In 2023, Points for Change became a website and now an online community. Lauren’s favorite topics to discuss are budgeting, saving, credit cards & always focusing on making personal finance more personal. Lauren is also offers 1:1 financial coaching for women

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys fostering kittens with local cat rescues, seeing live music, or trying new restaurants.

Why Circa?

Circa's mission was compelling to me because monthly rent payments are hard enough regardless of the income level you are at. The rent payment process is antiquated and I love that Circa is on a mission to change this. I'm eager to learn more about the real estate market and be part of making a positive impact in this space.

What’s your favorite part of your home?

I recently moved to an apartment with plenty of natural light and an in-unit washer dryer. I feel like I hit the New York apartment lottery!
