About Julie

Julie has an impressive track record of success throughout her 30-year career in the multifamily industry, primarily at General Investment and Development/Windsor Communities. Her engaging and all-in style served her well, creating friendships with colleagues and clients, which ultimately enabled her to develop whole lines of business, including a successful Corporate Housing division for GID. Julie’s unique ability to listen to those she encounters has always positively impacted lives through her work. Her professionalism, empathy, engaging energy, and proven results make her a perfect fit for Circa.

Why Circa?

I have always loved helping people. From the time I started my career as an on-site leasing agent and property manager to a national sales executive, the core of my work has been to find solutions for people and improve their lives. With Circa, there are so many ways we can work together with property owners and residents to expand opportunities for all. Circa makes it easier for residents and onsite teams, reducing bad debt and evictions with seamless integration. I wish Circa was around when I was a property manager!

What’s your favorite part of your home?

I built an island sanctuary on the water between Kittery Maine and Portsmouth NH for my friends and family to visit me and my pets. I love watching the sunset while grilling or having a lobster bake on my dock, entertaining and socializing!
