About Divyah

Divyah serves as the intermediary between the dev team and the business teams, and is the heartbeat of our product development. She ensures that the day to day operations of Circa are running smoothly and handles everything from customer service and account management to requirement analysis and technical design. Before Circa, Divyah was a Lead Developer at ReSTNYX working on various features requiring technical research. She also has rich experience in complex systems architecture and an exemplary management style used to effectively manage offshore teams from her time as a team lead with Tata Consultancy Systems. She received her BE in Computer Science from the PSG College of Technology.

Why Circa?

After working as a consultant for 8+ years and then taking a break to raise my kids, I got involved in Circa because the ideas and motivations behind the company were fascinating. As time went on, as I was speaking with residents daily in my role managing day-to-day IT operations and customer service, the work became deeply meaningful on a personal level. We are making a real difference, a real improvement, in the lives of the residents.

What’s your favorite part of your home?

My kids toy room :) It's messy most of the time, but this is where we spend time together: doing activities, playing board games... I just love it there.
