About Denise

Denise is a multifaceted real estate professional with a diverse background in Multi-family, property management, and retail development. Starting in retail, Denise quickly became a store manager and buyer, developing kean management and customer service skills. She then transitioned to Property Management, where she worked for the largest Retail Property management company, Simon Property Group, and excelled in overseeing a large-scale retail mall that became one of the top ten malls in the country. Denise then took her property management skills and converted to multi-family, where she was a regional director for a small developer overseeing over 800 units. Her focus on attention to detail and problem-solving has led to consistent success in delivering high-quality properties that meet the needs of residents and clients alike/Throughout her career, Denise has demonstrated a passion for excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

I chose to work for Circa because it aligns with my passion for improving the multifamily industry. As a former property manager,I experienced the challenges of rent collection firsthand, and I’m excited to be part of a solution that simplifies the process for both residents and property managers. What’s your favorite part of your home?

My favorite part of my home is my yard, which overlooks a stunning lagoon and is my happy place. The peaceful water and the gorgeous view of our boat create a sense of calm and tranquility. It's the perfect spot to enjoy dinner with friends or simply sit back and watch the boats go by. Living on this lagoon is like being on a permanent vacation, and I consider myself incredibly lucky to call this beautiful spot home.
